Red cuvée built on three varieties: Rathay - rich in extract, Roesler - imposing and majestic and St. Lauren - gentle and with added organic. (Roesler & Rathay are PIWIS = fungus resistant varieties.)
At the beginning of the bottle of this wine stands a low quality-oriented yield, hand picking and subsequent careful selection and sorting of grapes. The wine then rests partly on a large and partly on a small barrel for 8-12 months. And the result? Beautifully dark to inky color, berry fruit on the nose, full and opulent in the mouth. Very complex, fruity, dense, with a long finish - a charming companion.
